From start to finish i have no complaints. Everything went better then expected. Im very happy with my PC. From order to dispatch was 4 days. From dispatch to received was 4 days (including weekend). The workmanship on the PC is amazing. Overall experience 10/10 I will definitely utilise your expertise with future upgrades.

I ordered my computer the Saturday before last. I needed it as quickly as possible so chose fast track 1 working day dispatch. It was a bank holiday weekend so fully expected it would be delayed. I'm sure they can't normally be this quick, perhaps it was an easy spec, but before the day was out I got an update saying it was in testing. On the afternoon of bank holiday Monday it was dispatched and I had it on the Tuesday. Awesome! It 's working great. I am delighted with it.

Very happy with the PC. The install process was painless and the supplied documentation worked a treat.

I am a Mum of a 13 year old who has been after a gaming PC which would also work for his school work. I saw a recommendation from Mumsnet for PCSpecialist and I am not disappointed. Nowell has been absolutely amazing, above all INCREDIBLY patient and spent time troubleshooting my wifi issues over the course of a few days. It is astounding how much knowledge he has! Archie guided me through the installation of a WiFi card which sorted the issues out with incredible kindness and patience. Not all heros wear capes! THANK YOU especially to Nowell for everything. We have an extremely happy 13 year old and couldn't recommend PCSpecialist enough... especially if you have no idea where to start!
